Angel Aura Quartz Point

A standing quartz point at 9cm tall and 5cm across the base, cut to a faceted point at the top with the lower body left in its natural rough state. It's the finish that makes it: the surface carries a pearlescent coating, so the facets flash pale blue, pink and gold as the angle changes, and the whole piece glows softly from the inside when the light gets behind it.

Angel aura is quartz that has been bonded with precious metals, platinum and silver, to give it that iridescent sheen. It is a treated stone and the treatment is what makes the rainbow. Underneath, the quartz is the milky white you can see through the lower half, with the soft cloudy lines and internal fractures the stone grows with.

It stands on its own flat base and holds a good weight for its size, so it sits well on a shelf, an altar, or a windowsill where it can catch the light.

Size: 9cm by 5cm.

Care: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Don't scrub the surface or use abrasives or household cleaners, as the coating can wear. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and don't soak it.
